Good place for quick camping trip. Nice area to walk or ride bikes. Small boating lake and park area.
Great place for any age.Many outdoor activity possibilities.Camping, fishing,trails and Lewis and Clark historical info.Also a replicated keel boat.Great family day escape.
Great historical and educational stop! We were right on the lake with a nice breeze.
Stayed here one night on our way to South Dakota. Very quiet in the evening. Camp host was a great guy to talk to. He apparently is there 6 months out of the year. The next day we visited the visitor center where we were basically given a tour by the historian on Lewis and Clark. Very informative for my 9 year old daughter and I. I wish we would have stayed longer. I would highly recommend staying here. We were tent campers.
This is a beautiful, quiet park on a pretty lake.. wooded, spacious sites. Great view of the stars!
